Unexpected Symphony: Dancing Through Life's Twists, Turns, and Tunes

Embarking on the rollercoaster of life often feels like navigating a whimsical journey—a saga of wanting one thing but receiving a delightful assortment of surprises. Join me on this ride through laughter, love, and career quirks as I unveil the unexpected turns that have crafted my peculiar path.

Sky Dreams to Code Streams: My Uncharted Tech Odyssey

Imagine a young dreamer with aspirations of conquering the skies as an Airforce Pilot. Reality intervened, ushering me into the realm of Computer Engineering. Spoiler alert: I swapped fighter jets for code streams and found myself entangled in the world of bugs, not enemy planes, for a whopping 16+ years.

Love's Unscripted Comedy: From Romance to Arranged Serendipity

Envision a pursuit of Bollywood-style love, complete with grand gestures and starry-eyed moments. Cue the twist—a love misadventure (let's call it infatuation) led me to an arranged marriage. Adding a sprinkle of serendipity, my wife and the girl I once adored share the same name! Now, we're a charming ensemble with two sweet kids and the occasional banter of a lovable yet feisty partner.

Leaving the Nest: Mama's Boy Takes Flight

Imagine a mama's boy taking flight into independent adulthood! Spoiler alert: it happened, and I navigated the uncharted waters of creating a new nest for my family. The twist? Our monthly visits to the folks turn into heartwarming reunions, embracing the quirks that make our family uniquely ours.

House Dreams: From Independent House Fantasies to Apartment Adventures

Raised in a conservative South Indian family, the notion of moving out from my parents' nest was far from my plans. However, life had other ideas. Six years ago, I took the plunge, creating a new home for my family. While the distance pinches my heart, our monthly visits bridge the gap, turning our meetings into cherished family reunions.

Career Carousel: Navigating the Professional Thrills

In a surprising career twist, I transitioned from coding wizardry to the managerial realm. Spoiler alert: it wasn't my cup of tea. Cue the unexpected loop—I swiftly reversed the U-turn, reclaiming my title as an Architect in a different software company.

Reflections on the Whimsical Rollercoaster: Embracing the Journey

Undoing the fifth U-turn in my life feels liberating, yet a touch of uncertainty lingers. Within the whimsy, I've discovered joy, relatable moments, and a touch of inspiration. Life's rollercoaster is a peculiar journey, and as an individual rooted in tradition, I've learned that embracing the unexpected adds the most vibrant hues to the tapestry of life.

Here's to navigating life's whimsical journey with a smile, finding joy in the unplanned, and relishing the unique narrative that makes each of us the protagonist in our extraordinary tale. After all, it's the unexpected moments that bring the most delightful surprises.

Life's journey, much like a symphony, is filled with unexpected notes and harmonies. As we sway through the twists and turns, it's essential to remember that not every U-turn is a misstep. Just as a melody can be enhanced by a well-timed pause or a change in rhythm, our path gains depth from the choices we make. Embracing the whimsical dance of life, sometimes reversing a U-turn is the key to discovering new tunes and harmonizing with the ever-evolving melody of our unique existence.

Moths hatching from their eggs

9th August:

I found something interesting happening on a wall in our home. A Moth was delivering eggs! I captured those wonderful moments:

The Moth was tilting its body like a spindle to lay the eggs. It was wonderful. The pattern it followed to lay the eggs was worth a watch. It starts from one end and searches for a vacant spot beside an already-laid egg, and sticks the new egg there!

After an hour passed, the mother Moth flew away:

August 11th:

The yellowish eggs turned into a dark shade and guess what, two of them were hatching!

Take a closer look at the above images and you will see two eggs hatching a the top. Actually, those were the last eggs their mother laid.

After an hour or so, I was surprised to see all the eggs turned into small, tiny caterpillars:

August 12th:

I am sad. Why? The mother Moth is no more. I found it's dead body on the ground.

August 13th:

Each of the kids (the caterpillars) started disappearing. They might have flown away by wind. I could not spot them anywhere.

Mekedatu trip photos

I always had an interest towards photography and my Kodak camera is an excellent piece of lens which lets me capture some of finest sceneries of nature.

Me and my friends (Chaitanya Sarma, Phani, Naresh, Jaya Pavan, Pavan, aditya sagar) had been to Mekedatu near Bangalore in July 2009. It was an exquisite location with river water flowing at high currents between the thick green hills.

We had to travel in car till the place, then by boat to the small island kind of place and then in a bus till the river shore. We enjoyed a lot!

Will add more pics soon....
